Processing and delivery times:
Deliveries worldwide can be expected to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at
All orders are processed within 1-2 days if product is available. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. In case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
If for any reason the partner could not comply with our delivery date, we will also notify you and you have the option to keep the order or to cancel it.
There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
Since we deal with designers who do not produce in mass, the product you order must be unavailable at the moment of purchase. In that case, we will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Our shipping Courier is DHL Express. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 8am and 6pm.
If on the delivery date our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will pre-inform you of this charge
Please note: we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Shipping costs – currency, taxes, and duty
Shipping costs for orders up to 2.5 kilos:
Americas: Up to 21 USD
Europe: up to 25 USD
Asia: up to 27 USD
Middle east: up to 30 USD
Africa: up tp 30 USD
Australia: up to 30 USD
As you are shopping across borders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.
Changes to your order
For all online customer service, order enquiries and personal shopping appointments, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your request will be answer between 9:00am and 6:00pm Colombia time, Monday to Friday.
If your order has already been processed, The Latin Label accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, you can still return your product upon receipt.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
